These Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You hereby agree that the state courts of Clark County, Indiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute that may arise from these Terms and Conditions between you and CGC or its employees, officers and agents, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the same courts.
